When stoppage customers are used to await the entire booking process – from call to Nordhavn, to Service Technician is on-site – but “Connected Support” optimizes the process and saves:
The customer puts on the multifunctional glass’s, hereby giving our Support Center access to see everything the customer sees through the glasses.
The Service Technician can give spoken instructions, but also project symbols and text onto the image on the glass’s eye display which customer are able to see.
Furthermore, our Support Center have the possibility of making on-site software updates, re-programming, and power upgrade engine performance.
This way customers error is solved by customer oneself in co-operation with our Support Center.
“Connected support” is a one-day-rental option but also a purchase option for larger OEM customers.
